Dr. Edison Wiltshire in December, 1991.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Two Thousand<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A consistent\nchaplaincy presence continued through the completion of the Hibernia Gravity\nBase Structure, and following tow-out to the Grand Banks, recommenced offshore.\nOffshore related visits to the Heliport resulted in on-going contact with\nHelicopter personnel. Chaplaincy to offshore transportation providers as well\nas North Atlantic employees at Come-By-Chance both began in 2000.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Two Thousand &amp; Three<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With the blessing\nand cooperation of the St. John\u2019s International Airport Authority, EZRA onsite\nchaplaincy extended to the airport early in 2003. The arrival of the Terra Nova\nvessel at Bull Arm generated an invitation for chaplaincy to commence to FPSO\nworkers and their families. This program with Petro-Canada was put in place by\nEZRA Chaplaincy in October, 2000.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Two Thousand &amp; Five<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In July of 2005,\nEZRA extended chaplaincy services to Husky Energy following the blessing of the\nSea Rose FPSO at quay in Marystown.
